Mrs. Keegan graduated from William Paterson University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education.  She obtained a Reading Specialist Certificate from Mansfield University in 1996 and a Masters of Education in 1997.  Mrs. Keegan has completed additional supervisory certificates in administration and curriculum at Marywood University.

 

Mrs. Keegan has been a teacher at Canton Area Elementary School since 1991, first as a classroom teacher.  She became reading teacher in the Title I Reading program in 1996.
