OUR 2011-2012 PTA CALENDAR
Each year the Canton PTA funds projects within the Canton Area School District. Annual Projects sponsored include: District Open House/Membership Drive, Scholastic Book Fair, Field Trips/Assemblies, Read Across America, Elementary Art Show & Science Fair, Spring Fund Raiser, Faculty & Staff Appreciation, Kindergarten Registration, 6th Grade Academic Achievement Awards, Elementary Battle of the Books Team, Sr. High All Night Graduation Party, and Educational Incentives. The PTA has created an Elementary Art Calendar to promote artwork done by elementary students within Mrs. Rohlers art class, and to be given as an incentive gift to those joining the PTA. It is comprised of two pieces of artwork selected randomly from each grade level and school district calendar information.
Membership cost is $5.00. Forms are available in the school offices. Membership is open to parents, teachers, and community members. All are welcome!
