Canton High School Science

AG BIOLOGY 11-12 (Course #     ):  Ag Biology focuses on a biological approach to agriscience.  Ag biology concentrates on the scientific principles of the central components of the agricultural industry.  These components include plant and animal science, genetic engineering, aquaculture, environmental science, food science and technology.  Ag biology assists students in learning the essential information needed to continue their exploration into the field of agriscience.  Prerequisites:   Successful completion of Biology I and either Chemistry I or General Chemistry.
