Enrollment Information
Here are the forms you will need to fill out and bring with you when you come to enroll your child/children for school.
Household registration for Canton Elementary and High School students is done at the Administrative Office, located in the front of Canton High School. Please phone for an appointment, 570-673-3191. Please bring the above completed forms, identification, proof of residency, your child's birth certificate and immunization record with you. If transferring from another School District, please bring the name, address and phone number of the school to complete the transfer of records request. After the records are received, you will be contacted with an appointment to finish enrolling your student(s) at the appropriate school.
